It’s funny, because as soon as I read the definition of what it was, it was like an ah-ha moment – I knew instantly that I had moments in my life where I felt hygge and was very much aware of it but just didn’t have a name for it. Quick! 5 random facts about yourself! Here's me:⁣ 1) I am naturally a night owl⁣ 2) I'm 1/2 Mexican (my paternal grandparents migrated to the US from Mexico)⁣ 3) My first, middle and last names all start with 'L' (thanks, hubby)⁣ 4) I could eat chocolate in batches (probably doesn't help my number 5)⁣ 5) I don't love working out⁣ There - I said it! Anyone else struggle to work out?! Luckily, I found the OpenFit app this past Spring on IG. Being able to work out at home has changed the game for me. With flexible workout programs and classes, I'm able to schedule a workout that works for me as a full-time working mom. Plus, the live workouts are helpful with ensuring technique is on point.
