Happy Monday! Today I’m sharing some of my favorite workout go-to pieces. Since quarantine began, I finally got the motivation to start working out again. Being stuck in the house this Spring was really tough and my energy was super low. When I came across the OpenFit app on IG, I started looking into it to see what it was all about. The app offers unlimited access to all classes, including live workouts with trainers where, if you turn the video option on, they can view and help guide you during the workout, as well as on-demand programs and personalized nutrition plans for $14.99 per month, $39.99 per quarter or $99.99 per year. I decided to bite the bullet and download the app and begin the Xtend Barre program. The 3 week class was fun and definitely strengthened my core, but I wanted something a bit different. By being able to explore the different classes on my own time, I found that I really loved the live strength and kickboxing workouts, something I never thought I’d enjoy. These days, I mainly sign up for those classes along with classes focused on core/abs. I really do love that working out has become so convenient for me. I can sign up for a quick 25 minute kickboxing class during my lunch hour and easily be off to my afternoon meetings with no problem. I’m happy I stumbled onto this app, especially this year!
